This is a fun class to get your kids moving this summer! They will learn kids yoga, healthy habits, and how to build positive self-esteem and confidence. Kids yoga uses fun, positive, mindful movement that incorporates cooperative learning games, share circles, music, art and other energetic activities and group/team work. Each Friday will be a different Theme/Focus, Yoga Pose/Asana, and Breathing Exercise/Pranayama!
